Job summary

CLASSICO PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-focused professional to supervise and coordinate MEP services on building schemes. You will work closely with clients, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely and compliant execution of mechanical and electrical works.

The role involves preparing CSD and penetration drawings, coordinating with the BIM team, and attending site/MEP meetings while upholding safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Team player with good working attitude.
• Detail oriented and excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervising MEP services to meet programme.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Supervise M&E works and coordinate with other department staff to meet project timelines.
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction.
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD) and penetration drawings, coordinate with BIM team.
• Attend progress/site/MEP meetings.
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget and comply with safety regulations.
