Job summary

Progressive Builders Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Project Lead to oversee all Mechanical and Electrical works on building projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and ensuring timely planning and execution with Project and Contracts teams.

You will engage with Consultants, Architects, and Authorities, and participate in contractual discussions with sub-contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on building projects.
• At least 2 years in BTO projects.
• AUTOCAD and BIM knowledge.
• Please indicate projects handled in CV for easy reference.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the Mechanical & Electrical works of the Project.
• Coordinate with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
• Coordinate with the Project, Contracts departments for planning and execution of M&E installation works.
• Involved in discussions on contractual matters with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with Consultants, Architect, and Authorities.
