Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules, manage site progress and ensure M&E installation aligns with contract specs, drawings and local regulations.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth project flow.
• Review shop drawings, prepare method statements and coordinate technical submissions of equipment (e.g., HVAC, electrical panels) to consultants.
• Supervise on-site installation, conduct inspections and enforce QA/QC to ensure compliance with standards.
