Job summary

Ho Sin Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E professional to oversee on-site coordination of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.

You will review drawings, manage main and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards. The role requires handling site meetings, technical issue resolution, inspections, testing and commissioning of M&E works, and meticulous documentation for handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction projects (building/infrastructure).
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and coordination.
• Familiar with local codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all M&E works on site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.)
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, main contractors and subcontractors
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and standards
• Monitor projects progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues
• Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of M&E systems
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (e.g. BCA, SCDF, etc.)
• Manage project documentation and handover process
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
