Job summary

SUNRAY WOODCRAFT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable MEP Construction Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services on site, ensuring execution within programme and budget. The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors, hands-on coordination of CSD and penetration drawings with BIM, and strict adherence to safety and code requirements.

Minimum 3 years' experience in building services is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of MEP services and local code of practice.
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Detail oriented with good organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervising MEP services and complete within programme.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E works with other departments to meet project timelines.
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction.
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD) and penetration drawings; coordinate with BIM team.
