Job summary

AG BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled M&E professional to develop, plan and coordinate all M&E works on site.

You will assist in implementation and review of plans and specifications, monitor project status and provide solutions for M&E issues. Additionally, you will ensure strict control of engineering and technical documentation, supervise product delivery and corrective actions, and participate in reviews of consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree/Bachelor Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Willing to work shifts and on Sundays if required.
• 24 hours on call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and coordinate all M&E works.
• Assist in implementation and review of plans/specifications.
• Monitor project status and report progress to Project Manager.
• Provide solutions for M&E technical issues.
• Control engineering & technical documentation.
• Ensure product delivery, corrective actions, and calibration of test equipment.
• Plan and organize review/evaluation of consultants and contractors.
• Value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes of practice and safety regulations.
