Job summary

BSM Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to manage site operations and coordinate M&E design and installation to ensure project delivery meets specifications, timelines, and client requirements.

You will provide technical support and oversee subcontractor and supplier engagement for cost-effective execution. Responsibilities include BOQ-based cost estimation, supplier sourcing, site inspections, drawing reviews and M&E shop drawings, coordination with clients

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary M&E projects.
• Ability to manage on-site operations and supervise labour.
• Knowledge of civil, structural and M&E interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Calculate BOQ and invite subcontractors for cost estimation.
• Source quotations and specifications from suppliers and contractors.
• Collect BOQ and arrange cost comparisons to optimize budgets.
• Attend meetings to align project progress and resolve issues.
• Perform site inspections to verify work against drawings.
• Prepare reports and method statements for project status.
• Supervise daily site installation activities for quality and safety.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise labor performance.
• Conduct handover inspections with consultants and clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth project handover.
• Coordinate drawing updates with clients and main contractors.
• Produce M&E service drawings (electrical, ELV, fire, plumbing, waste).
• Draft detailed M&E shop drawings, as-built drawings, SLDs and layouts.
• Provide technical support to project managers and engineers.
