Job summary

M&E Building Maintenance Company is seeking a capable professional to plan and supervise M&E works across building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will coordinate site activities for air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical installations, supervise contractors, and liaise with building professionals to ensure timely, quality, budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise installation of air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, plumbing sanitary, and electrical works in building and infrastructure projects
Coordinate M&E activities with other ongoing site works to ensure seamless project integration
Supervise contractors and workers to achieve timely completion of M&E works within allocated budgets
Identify and implement effective solutions for M&E technical problems to maintain project quality and progress
Serve as the primary liaison with other building professionals on all M&E-related matters to facilitate collaboration and compliance
