Job summary

rs recruitment agency llp is seeking a capable M&E Site Lead in Singapore to head engineers, coordinators, and supervisors on an active project. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to align drawings, RFIs, and method statements while representing the M&E discipline in meetings with clients and main contractor teams.

You will ensure all M&E installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory directives, maintaining rigorous QA/QC documentation

Qualifications

• Lead the M&E site team including engineers, coordinators, and supervisors.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and vendors on drawings, submissions, RFIs, and method statements.
• Attend and represent the M&E discipline in client and main contractor meetings.
• Ensure M&E installations comply with drawings, specs, directives, and authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and QA/QC submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) for all M&E systems, including IST.
• Plan and manage M&E schedules, manpower, and sequencing to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and rectify non-conformances with minimal delays.
• Review subcontractor progress, variation orders, and material approvals.
