Job summary

BUILDER 90 PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an M&E works coordinator to prepare the M&E schedule based on the project master schedule and to take accountability for all M&E works on site.

You will conduct site inspections, monitor progress and variations, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and review M&E drawings to prevent clashes with architectural and structural elements.

A relevant degree recognised by PE Board or a degree acceptable by BCA is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
• Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring progress of work & variation order
• Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements
• Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
• To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
• To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues

Education

Relevant degree recognised by PE Board or Degree Qualification acceptable by BCA
