Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in daily operations, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of building systems in a commercial office environment.

You will coordinate contractors, monitor works, review reports and ensure completion to safety and quality standards, while supporting maintenance contracts and projects and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of M&E experience in commercial office buildings.
• Exposure to integrated building M&E systems and facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors, term maintenance services, tenant-related works and building improvement projects.
