Job summary

EXCEL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E Site Supervisor in Singapore to coordinate M&E drawings, supervise multiple systems on-site, and liaise with consultants and contractors.

You will prepare detailed design documents using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit, and ensure shop drawings are submitted and approved efficiently. The role involves attending meetings with stakeholders and managing subcontractors, with duties spanning site testing across electrical, plumbing, and fire protection

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM Modelling.
• Organised, highly motivated, and independent with teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Supervising and monitoring several M&E services such as sanitary and sewerage, electrical installation, lighting, telecommunication, fire safety, gas discharge, lifts, pool systems, ACMV, and related systems.
• Attend meetings with consultant, architect, client and relevant parties.
• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built using BIM Modelling, AutoCAD, Revit.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to obtain M&E shop drawing submissions and approvals.
• Prepare and manage the M&E subcontractors, submission of method statements.
• Shop drawings, materials, samples and work progress.
• Conduct site testing for electrical works (cable insulation, megger test, pressure tests, hydrostatic tests, hydrant tests, ACMV flow tests, and fire protection tests).

Job description

• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
  
• Supervising and monitoring several of M&E services as Sanitary and Sewerage, Electrical Installation, Lightning Protection, Telecommunication, Fire Alarm & Protection, Fire Fighting System, Gas Discharge System, Lift, Swimming Pool, Cold/Hot water supply, ACMV, Mechanical Ventilation System & etc
  
• Attending meeting with consultant, architect, client and relevant parties
  
• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by using BIM Modelling, AutoCAD, Revit
  
• Coordinate and liaison with vendors and Consultant,to get M&E shop drawing submission and approval from Consultant.
  
• Prepare & Manage the M&E subcontractors,submission of method statements.
  
• Shop drawings,materials,sample,and work progress.
  
• Conduct the site testing for the electrical (cable insulation & megger test ,trip test P&S(pressure test,Hydrostatic test) Hydrant test,ACMV Flow test pressure static Fire Protection (Auto alarm zone test,Sprinkler testing)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the building construction industry preferably with Renovation projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM Modelling.
• Organised, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
