Job summary

18 STEPS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent M&E coordinator to review and generate subcontractor M&E shop drawings, coordinate services across trades on-site, and support testing, commissioning, and documentation.

The role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD for M&E coordination drawings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in M&E coordination drawings using AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
• Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.
• Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems, including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment.
• Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for M&E-related work.
