Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand contract requirements for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works, ensuring all designs comply with specifications and relevant guidelines.
• Coordinate M&E activities on-site and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to contract specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain M&E work programs and submission schedules.
• Plan and prepare all necessary drawings to meet submission deadlines.
• Produce detailed drawings and combined services plans based on design sketches.
• Supervise, monitor, and inspect all M&E works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
• Provide support for inspections and arrange all required authority and site inspections.

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local M&E standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
