Job summary

WANG FENG DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to ensure that M&E specifications and contractual requirements are met as the project progresses. You will liaise with consultants and clients on the intended designs and resolve M&E matters.

Coordinate with architectural and structural teams on design and project schedules, manage M&E subcontractors with Site Engineers and the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery, and produce M&E

Qualifications

• Requires a recognized degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that M&E specifications and contractual requirements are complied with during project progress.
• Liaise with consultants and client on intended designs and resolve M&E matters.
• Coordinate with architectural & structural teams on design and project schedule.
• Manage M&E subcontractors together with Site Engineers and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce M&E coordination drawings for submission to other teams.
• Assist with on-site M&E coordination and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with requirements and drawings.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Liasie with respective consultants and client on the intended designs and resolve technical M&E matters
• Coordinate with other disciplines on site such as Architectural & Structural teams on design and project schedule
• Manage M&E subcontractors alongside with Site engineers and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project
• Produce M&E coordination drawings to other teams for submissions
• Assist with all on site M&E related coordination works and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with requirements & drawings
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
• Degree in local universities in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and Microsoft projects
