Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable M&E Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a commercial office building.

You will lead a team of M&E technicians, troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable building services. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary systems, while managing contractor relationships, quotations and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E experience in commercial office buildings.
• Strong exposure to integrated building M&E systems and facilities operations.
• Solid knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors, term maintenance services, tenant-related works and building improvement projects.

Job description

• Manage and supervise M&E technicians in the daily operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of building systems, ensuring smooth and reliable building services.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for key M&E installations, including air-conditioning and ventilation, electrical systems, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary services.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers, monitor maintenance works, review service reports and ensure all works are completed safely, properly and according to agreed requirements.
• Support maintenance contracts, improvement works and M&E projects, including quotations, budgeting, contractor coordination, work inspections and completion.
• Monitor building systems and utility consumption, attend to operational issues and tenant requests, support statutory compliance, and maintain accurate maintenance and technical records.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant M&E experience in commercial office buildings.
• Good exposure to integrated building M&E systems and facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary systems.
