Job summary

SHINEWAY ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an assistant to the Project Manager to supervise and coordinate MEP services. You will work closely with clients, consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical matters and ensure site works meet timelines and standards.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, manage method statements, drawings and material submissions, and attend progress and MEP meetings while ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hardworking, self-motivated and quick to learn.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to work in a team and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating MEP services.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.

Job description

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors' submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with

The Minimum Qualifications For This Position Are:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and have good learning ability.
• Proficient in Autocad.
• Able to work in a team and handle pressure
