Job summary

KIM HUA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a skilled M&E Coordinator to oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building services on site. You will review drawings, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project plans.

The role requires 3–5 years of M&E coordination experience, strong knowledge of codes and safety, and the ability to read technical drawings. Strong communication with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in M&E engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of M&E coordination experience in construction.
• Solid knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and M&E schematics.
• Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Revit MEP knowledge is a plus.
