Job summary

TENON CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical works on construction projects in Singapore.

You will interpret drawings, ensure compliance with design intent, and monitor installation quality and safety to meet schedules. The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering and at least 5 years in M&E coordination, with proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting M&E drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems is an advantage.

• Interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and regulations.
• Monitor and inspect M&E installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and proper execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and site constraints.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and necessary documentation per project and ISO standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to M&E systems, minimizing disruptions to project progress.

Job Requirements:
