Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Coordinator to join our Technical Team in Singapore near Dover. You will coordinate and deliver mechanical and electrical works for residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth execution.

The role requires strong coordination, design interface with consultants, and oversight of interfaces between M&E and building works, with attention to regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of M&E building services works for residential projects.
• Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM, with a full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP requirements.
• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record will be considered for a Senior position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works to ensure smooth project execution
• Liaise with M&E consultants on design, technical matters, and coordination issues
• Ensure all M&E and building services requirements are met in collaboration with the project team
• Monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve interfacing issues between M&E services and building works
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including design consultants/engineers, client representatives, and statutory/authority agencies, to establish design deliverable requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables with consultants/engineers to ensure completeness and readiness for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as required to resolve issues and develop method statements
• Support project management and site supervision activities
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants on engineering issues and drawing plans
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures
