Job summary

Persol Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a capable M&E professional to oversee mechanical and electrical services on office building projects. You will supervise on-site works, coordinate with multiple departments and subcontractors, and help maintain project schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Electronics, with at least 3 years’ experience, including A&A projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with A&A projects for office buildings is preferred.

• Engage and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for submissions including method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress.

• Attend progress meetings and site visits as required.

• Ensure compliance with established standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

• Contribute to overall project planning and scheduling for M&E works.

• Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects, especially in relation to office buildings.
