Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. seeks a capable M&E Site Coordinator for on-site project sites in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating M&E drawings, ensuring compliance, and managing cross-trade interfaces with Architects and Consultants.

Experience in hospital or HBD projects with PBU know-how, RI/TOP clearance, and statutory utility applications is essential. Independent leadership and clear communication are required for daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Mandatory Experience: Proven construction experience in Hospital projects or HBD projects.
• Specialized Expertise: Background in PBU, statutory utility applications, RI/TOP clearance, and A&A or Hotel projects.
• Key Attributes: Capable of working independently with strong site leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Coordination & Compliance: Review M&E drawings, resolve cross-trade design/site clashes with Archi/C&S teams and consultants, and enforce local building code compliance.
• Drafting & Documentation Control: Prepare and process shop drawings, CSD/CPD, and final O&M/As-Built packages for approvals.
• Authority Approvals & Statutory Clearance: Manage workflows for power/water turn-ons, oversee PBU integration, and lead RI/TOP clearance prep.
• Site Operations & Escalation: Supervise daily M&E site progress, manage sub-contractor execution, and inform Project Directors on risks.

Job description

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Working days: 5.5 days

Location: Project sites

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Coordination & Compliance: Review M&E drawings, resolve cross-trade design/site clashes with Archi/C&S teams and consultants, and enforce local building code compliance.

• Drafting & Documentation Control: Prepare and process shop drawings, Combined Services Drawings (CSD/CPD), and final O&M/As-Built packages for formal approvals.

• Authority Approvals & Statutory Clearance: Manage statutory application workflows (power/water turn-ons), oversee PBU integration, and lead M&E preparation for Registered Inspector (RI) and Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) clearances.

• Site Operations & Escalation: Supervise daily M&E site progress, manage sub-contractor execution, and keep Project Directors/Managers informed on critical technical risks.
