Job summary

Woh Hup (Private) Limited in Singapore is seeking an M&E Coordinator to oversee the coordination and execution of M&E works on site in a timely manner. You will monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with the construction schedule while liaising with design consultants and internal teams.

Requirements include a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience coordinating M&E across trades on large-scale building projects, with BIM and VDC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized University.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in coordination of M&E works with different trades and stakeholders on large-scale building projects.
• Candidates with mixed development, condominium or data center projects would have an added advantage.
• Understand contract requirements and M&E specification.
• Understand BIM concept and be able to supervise and push for M&E works to be completed timely.
• Able to manage and solve complex problems at site.
• Understand all the essential code of practices and relevant authority requirements for submissions of documents and inspections.
• Understand and participate in the implementation of Virtual Design Construction (VDC) concept.
