Job summary

Bimgrid PTE LTD is seeking a BIM modeller to support MEP disciplines in Singapore. You will construct and update BIM models, identify clashes, and generate technical drawings for construction and authorities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in BIM with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, understands BIM processes and construction documentation, and can collaborate with engineers and BIM coordinators.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, preferably in MEP projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or a related construction field.
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Basic understanding of BIM modelling processes, construction drawings, and construction documentation.
• Understanding of construction standards and relevant BCA requirements is an advantage.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or LTA/HDB projects is preferred but not mandatory.

About the role
