Bimgrid PTE LTD is seeking a BIM modeller to support MEP disciplines in Singapore. You will construct and update BIM models, identify clashes, and generate technical drawings for construction and authorities.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in BIM with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, understands BIM processes and construction documentation, and can collaborate with engineers and BIM coordinators.

This role involves constructing and updating BIM models for MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) disciplines, using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines.
Key responsibilities
Construct and update BIM models for MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) disciplines
Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines
Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models in accordance with project standards and requirements
Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
Participate in model reviews and assist in generating reports to support project coordination and decision-making
Assist in managing and maintaining BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards
About you
1–2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, preferably in MEP projects
Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or a related construction field
Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Basic understanding of BIM modelling processes, construction drawings, and construction documentation
Understanding of construction standards and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) requirements is an advantage
Experience with large-scale infrastructure or LTA/HDB projects is preferred but not mandatory
Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with engineers, BIM coordinators, and other project stakeholders
