Job summary

UNITED TEC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Modeller to develop and update 3D BIM models using REVIT, ensuring drawing accuracy and alignment with design criteria.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support MEP design by producing coordinated shop drawings. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in MEP and at least 2 years of BIM/MEP experience, with knowledge of Singapore BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in MEP or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in BIM modelling and MEP design.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk REVIT to reflect the latest design information and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design changes and resolve model challenges.
• Prepare BIM models to support visualization and enable informed decision-making based on design updates.
• Ensure M&E designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and design specifications.
• Produce combined M&E services drawings, builders work drawings, and detailed shop drawings aligned with design criteria.
• Perform clash detection within BIM models to identify and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project workflows to maintain consistent processes and quality.
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures to ensure uniformity and high-quality deliverables.
• Document all drawings with proper version control and traceability for project records.
• Conduct modelling quality control checks to uphold accuracy and completeness of BIM outputs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall project success and delivery

Job Requirements
