Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a BIM Technician to develop, update and manage 3D BIM models and shop drawings for client submissions using BIM software. You will maintain up-to-date models, generate 2D drawings and As-Built BIM models in line with company standards.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E or related field, and at least 3 years of hands-on BIM experience with Revit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, M&E or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in contractor, consultant or outsource provider.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation.
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure).

Responsibilities

• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the contractor, consultant or outsource service provider.

• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, often with a focus on large-scale infrastructure.

• Proficient in Revit (Architecture/ MEP/ Structure).

• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
