Job summary

LVMH Group is seeking a Supply & Planning Analyst, POSM to support APAC POSM planning across markets, ensuring materials are available for brand activations and coordinating orders, allocations and reporting.

You will work with a cross-functional team including Maisons, Supply Chain, Logistics and Marketing, using SAP and Power BI to maintain data, dashboards and master data, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in demand or supply planning, inventory, order management, logistics or procurement.
• Working knowledge of shipping and customs documentation and 3PL operations.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate POSM requirements from markets and submit APAC requirements.
• Manage POSM order status, stock availability, delays and delivery expectations.
• Allocate stock and coordinate shipments with Maisons and Planning teams.
• Maintain POSM SKUs and master data in SAP and the PPP Store.
• Refresh dashboards and prepare regular inventory and orders reporting.
