Job summary

Pernod Ricard Singapore is seeking a skilled Supply Planner to manage stock, forecast demand, and coordinate with sales, marketing and finance to optimise inventory across Singapore Domestic market and APAC regions.

The role focuses on replenishment planning, data accuracy in JDE/Product Cloud/Connect, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning and inventory management.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across functions.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems (JDE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and monitor excess, aged and discontinued stock.
• Prepare replenishment and forecasting inputs to support S&OP.
• Coordinate with demand planning, sales, and marketing to optimize inventory.
• Maintain master data in Product Cloud, Connect, and JDE.
• Support digital transformation projects and new tool implementations.
