Job summary

Pernod Ricard Singapore is seeking a skilled Supply Planner to manage stock, forecast needs, and drive efficient inventory across Singapore Domestic, Wholesale, and APAC duties. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to build replenishment plans and support S&OP initiatives.

You will help deploy tools like Anaplan, JDE, Connect, and Product Cloud, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation driving better stock visibility and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management – supply planning and inventory management in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor stock to meet KPI targets with demand planning and marketing.
• Prepare replenishment files and manage PO cycle with Brand Companies (BC).
• Develop and implement S&OP processes and demand reviews.
• Coordinate digital transformation projects and tool implementations (Anaplan, JDE, Connect).
• Analyze inventory and propose improvements for stock optimization.
