Job summary

L’Oréal Singapore is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Planner to lead S&OP, optimize stock, and coordinate demand with regional factories. You’ll ensure product availability, manage end-to-end inventory, and align production with market needs.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on S&OP and demand/stock management experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-market supply plans and launches.
• Proficient in SAP APO and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP process to ensure product availability for clients.
• Optimize service levels and stocks across the Supply Chain.
• Analyze demand and stock parameters for subsidiaries.
• Define production priorities with factories and align with markets.
• Manage end-to-end inventory and contribute to E&O reduction.
• Communicate stock updates and service policies to subsidiaries.
• Lead capacity studies and launch planning with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
