Strategic Distribution Planner – South Asia

Job summary

LVMH Fashion (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Distribution specialist to manage the distribution of Leathergoods and Accessories to South Asia, analyze launch performance, and drive stock optimization across the network.

You will coordinate with merchandisers and central teams, produce seasonal sell-through reports, support pre-ordering conditions, and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve future buying patterns.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
• Prior experience in Supply Chain and Distribution.
• MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Power BI knowledge, Programming skills (VBA, SQL),SAP experience, AI Knowledge a plus.
• Ability to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure, capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being accountable.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills; Able to work across functional areas / levels of the organization and to interact at distance.

Responsibilities

• Distribute new products to South Asia, considering stock availability and launch strategy with merchandisers.
• Define/manage Top priority stores to maximize launch impact and transversality across product categories.
• Coordinate with central team and merchandisers to adapt launch scenarios when stock tensions arise.
• Suggest changes in product offer if needed.
• Provide stock status and visibility on the distribution plan for key launches to all stakeholders.
• Share performance reports on seasonal sell-through highlighting best/worst performers.
• Share updates on rebalancing process and note improvements over time.
• Take note of recurring patterns and learnings from each launch to apply to the future.
• Define most appropriate pre-ordering conditions for new products and Show Collection.
• Work with Central to support client’s orders and follow up on delivery.
• Coordinate rebalancing and transfers of products within the network.
• Monitor sales performance of new products versus Initial Forecast and make recommendations on future launch forecast patterns/lifespan or network.
• Involvement in showroom process for buying of new products.
• Ownership & maintenance of Power BI reports for transversal collections
