  • Consolidate monthly POSM requirements from markets, Travel Retail and Private Sales through the PPP Store, follow up unvalidated or outstanding orders, and submit the final APAC requirements to the Maisons.
  • Maintain the POSM order-status tracker and respond to stakeholders on order progress, stock availability, delays and delivery expectations.
  • Support one-off and time-sensitive POSM requirements for campaigns, events and market activations.

2) Supply Planning, Allocation and Inventory

  • Review inbound POSM supply and allocate stock to markets against confirmed orders; arbitrate limited stock based on urgency, activation timing and business priorities.
  • Confirm shipment plans with Maisons, validate relevant stock requests and follow up outstanding supply or delayed deliveries with Planning, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
  • Monitor inventory across regional plants and markets, investigate discrepancies or quality issues, and coordinate stock transfers, blocked stock, returns, write-offs and destruction requests where required.
  • Drive monthly POSM slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB) review and follow up with Supply Chain and market teams on clearance actions.

3) POSM Operations and Master Data

  • Create or extend POSM SKUs and maintain the relevant plant, ordering and market-restriction master data.
  • Maintain POSM and dry-material purchasing and selling prices in SAP and the PPP Store, and complete periodic price checks and updates.
  • Support purchase-order creation for locally sourced POSM, including supplier follow-up on timelines and required documentation.
  • Check and maintain customs and shipping documentation requirements, including HS code information and the POSM documentation library, and support markets with import-clearance queries.

  • Refresh POSM data and dashboards, including Power BI, and prepare regular management reporting on inventory, orders and SLOB.
  • Maintain clear records and trackers, and support practical process improvements, automation and system enhancements for POSM planning and reporting.

5) Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with APAC market Supply Chain and Marketing teams, Maisons, Customer Service, Customs & Logistics, Procurement, 3PL partners and suppliers to resolve day-to-day POSM issues.
  • Participate in regular planning, inventory and continuous improvement meetings and provide timely follow-up on agreed actions.
