Responsibilities

• Manage distribution and inventory to maintain optimal stock coverage and maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate actions to balance seasonal stock according to calendar.
• Clean up End of Season inventory and retrieve obsolete products.
• Support omnichannel and client orders, including pre-order configurations and orderability troubleshooting.
• Monitor Omni Channel performance and follow up on fulfillment and delivery with Central teams.
• Communicate main KPIs on stock health; collaborate on performance analyses.

Position

The Supply Chain Team of Louis Vuitton is committed to maximize client satisfaction, stock efficiency and top-line results. In this context, Louis Vuitton is looking for a Distribution Planner for the South Asia region, based in Singapore, to support the Women's Universe Distribution Planners in the inventory management of Ready to Wear and Shoes business in daily operations and driving business goals.

Job responsibilities

Distribution and Inventory Management

• Ensure regular actions to maintain appropriate stock coverage that allows the business to be at its full potential.
• Coordinate planned actions to balance the stock of seasonal products according to a planned calendar to capitalize opportunities to reach a maximum sell-through.
• Perform regular clean-up of the network of End of Season and helps to retrieve Obsolete products from the retail shop floor.
• Support retail teams in driving Women’s RTW and Shoes business via significant activations and clients appointments.

Support Omnichannel and Client Orders

• Implementing the pre-ordering strategy of new collections to launch for both Ready-to-Wear and Shoes activities by configuring correct pre-ordering date and scope of product within the Distribution application tool and Order Management System.
• Supporting retail teams by troubleshooting issues of orderability and respond to enquiries on the availability of products.
• Coordinating sourcing of products for Ecommerce/Client Service as well as areas where ordering via systems is not possible.
• Monitoring Omni Channel performance with close follow up on the fulfilment of client orders and lead time, hence detecting anomalies that risk client service failure. In this aspect, he/she will need to follow up with Central for delivery.

Communication

• Animate and share communications of main KPIs relating to inventory stock health and policy.
• Collaborate with other categories in monitoring and providing relevant analysis of retail performance such as rebalancing compliance rates, conversion rate and reservation levels.

Systems Key Users and Transformation

• Being the key-user in Order Management Systems (OMS) in orderability rules writing.
• Manage abnormalities hindering orderability via timely troubleshooting as well as escalations of system issues to IS Support and Central Transformation Team.
• Represent and participate in the global community in the evolutions of the applications, communicate changes and developments to Zone Supply Chain Teams and express business and operational needs to Central Team for resolution.
• Ensure most optimized setup in our distribution and ordering systems to allow correction behavior in managing pre-ordering and launch setup.
• Guide other team members in using Ordering Management system (OMS).

Profile

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Power BI knowledge, Programming skills (VBA, SQL), SAP experience will be an added plus.
• Experience in luxury product distribution will be an advantage.
• Quantitative analytical skills and computer savvy; Reliability in data analysis.
• Retail Client-centric experience and mindset will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative to manage various milestones and deadlines.
