Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford seeking an Operations Manager for PREGO to lead the restaurant team with a focus on delivering exceptional Italian hospitality while driving revenue and GOP. You will collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Revenue Management and hotel operations to maintain luxury standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and strategic planning to maximize profitability and guest experience in a premium hotel environment.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-service orientation.
• Experience driving revenue, cost control and team development in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in English; able to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing restaurant team to deliver luxury service.
• Drive revenue, GOP, and profitability targets for PREGO.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Revenue and hotel operations to position PREGO as a leading Italian dining destination.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, SOPs and brand standards.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, reservations, staffing and training.
