Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford are seeking an Operations Manager for PREGO, to lead and develop a high‑performing restaurant team delivering authentic Italian hospitality.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee all Front of House operations, ensure luxury service standards, and collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Revenue and hotel operations to position PREGO as a leading Italian dining destination.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel or upscale dining environments preferred.
• Experience driving revenue, controlling costs and leading large teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the restaurant team to deliver authentic Italian hospitality.
• Drive revenue, GOP and profitability while maintaining luxury standards.
• Maintain brand standards per Forbes, LQA and Fairmont requirements.
• Oversee Front of House operations and reservations with a focus on guest journey.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Revenue and hotel operations to optimize performance.
