Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Operations General Manager in Singapore to lead a luxury fine‑dining operation.

You will manage guest experiences, VIP arrangements, reservations, and service recovery while supervising front‑of‑house staff and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Responsibilities include driving corporate dining and private events, ensuring SOPs and service standards, managing budgets and cost controls, and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality, restaurant operations, or luxury F&B management.
• Senior management experience of 2–3 years.
• Experience in a five‑star hotel, luxury group, or fine‑dining is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, guest relations and VIP handling.
• Experience managing business lunches, corporate dining or high‑value clientele is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, food‑and‑wine pairing and premium beverage service.
• Strong commercial understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, labour management and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, five‑star hospitality and premium fine‑dining service; oversee guest journey, reservations, VIP arrangements and service recovery.
• Drive business lunch and corporate dining development; build partnerships, private dining packages and events.
• Oversee daily operations, SOPs, service standards, cleanliness and operational controls; ensure front‑of‑house and kitchen coordination.
• Recruit, train, lead and develop the front‑of‑house team; manage staffing, performance reviews and training.
• Ensure staff have strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, menus, allergens, wines and beverages; oversee wine service and pairing.
• Monitor sales, revenue, occupancy, average spend, labour costs and profitability; prepare budgets and forecasts; control food costs and wastage.
• Support marketing, corporate partnerships and brand development; report performance and improvements to Group Management.
