You will lead restaurant teams, manage budgets and procurement, ensure compliance with food safety rules, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu and service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in F&B operations with managerial experience and a track record of improving profitability in premium venues.

Qualificações

• Food and Beverage Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in F&B or restaurant operations, incl. 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing operations, budgets, manpower and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, F&B operations, and cost management.
• Experience in Italian dining or premium restaurants is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and consistent service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, costs and profitability.
• Prepare operational budgets and forecasts for management.
• Lead and develop restaurant management teams.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, recruitment, training and performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on operations, menu planning, and service.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve sales, retention and profitability.
• Coordinate promotions and private dining events.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
