Job summary

Accor is seeking an Operations Manager for PREGO in Singapore, responsible for the overall restaurant performance, brand integrity, guest experience and profitability. You will lead, develop and coach the team, drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional Italian hospitality in alignment with Fairmont, Forbes, LQA and Accor standards.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and collaboration with Culinary, Marketing, Revenue, Reservations and Hotel Operations teams to position PREGO

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel, premium casual dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Experience in Italian restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Proven track record in driving revenue, managing profitability and leading large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing restaurant team with a positive culture.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor profitability against budget.
• Ensure luxury service standards align with Forbes, LQA and Fairmont promises.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Revenue and other departments.
