Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Soft Service Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of small to medium facilities. You will lead a team, coordinate repairs with technicians and contractors, and manage budgets and capital projects to ensure reliable service and compliance.

You will also supervise staff development, drive safety programs, maintain client relationships, and report on performance metrics to stakeholders while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills; experience in staff performance evaluation.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule daily activities, set work schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Lead environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance and safety.
• Model CBRE RISE values and align with department objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
