Job summary

PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD, SINGAPORE is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador (Bellman/Porters) to assist arriving and departing guests, handle baggage promptly and orientate guests on facilities in rooms and the Hotel. As a member of the Guest Services team, you will escort guests to reception, explain room facilities and hotel amenities, greet groups, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Prior luxury-hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
• Attentive to guests and knowledgeable about hospitality best practices.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with baggage and escort to reception.
• Accompany guests to rooms, explain facilities and hotel amenities.
• Greet groups, tag baggage, and direct guests to waiting areas.
• Deliver baggage and orient guests to restaurants and services.
• Open car doors and coordinate guest transportation when needed.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant, efficient arrival and departure experience.
