Job summary

Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador (Bellman/Porters) to deliver outstanding service at our urban oasis along Orchard Road. You will assist guests with baggage, escort to reception or rooms, and introduce hotel facilities with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of luxury-hotel experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving guest needs while maintaining a calm, guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant luxury hotel experience.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with baggage and escort to reception desk.
• Accompany guest to assigned room, explain room facilities and hotel’s restaurants, orientate guest to features of rooms and hotel facilities.
• Greet and direct group to waiting area and tag all baggage and sort out baggage according to the assigned room.
• Deliver baggage by service lift to the guest room and explain all facilities and restaurants, wish guests a pleasant stay and leave promptly and politely.
• Greet guest upon entering room and verify number of baggage and remind guest to make sure nothing was left in the room, then escort guest to lift.
• Check for guest’s transportation arrangement.
• Open car doors for vehicles stop at Hotel entrance.
