Job summary

Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore invites you to join our guest services team as a Guest Service Ambassador (Bellman/Porters). You will assist arriving and departing guests, manage baggage, and orient guests to the hotel's facilities and services.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Self-motivated, attentive, and adaptable to changing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with baggage and escort to reception desk.
• Accompany guests to assigned room, explain room facilities and hotel services.
• Greet and direct guests to waiting areas and tag/sort baggage by room.
• Deliver baggage via service lift and explain facilities, restaurants, and hotel amenities.
• Verify baggage count upon room entry and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Open car doors for vehicles at hotel entrance.
