Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience in hospitality or similar guest-facing roles.
• Demonstrates passion for high standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining the Pacific Club during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hours.
• Serve foods and drinks while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Maintain Pacific Club cleanliness and organization.
• Report issues with lounge fixtures or equipment and follow up as necessary.
• Manage requisition and stocking of F&B, administrative, and operating equipment/fixtures.
• Handle guest feedback and requests to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Monitor daily VIP and lobby movements.
• Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, room keys, and payments; coordinate with Housekeeping.
• Support designated cashier and closing reports in the system.
• Assist the Club Manager and team as required.
