Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a guest services professional in Singapore’s Orchard area. The role offers a hands-on position across restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events operations within a luxury hotel context.

You will deliver professional service, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, handle billing using POS systems, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while supporting a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment. 1–3 years in F&B is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience in a hotel, luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food service, beverages and dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and personalised service to guests
• Take ownership of assigned service sections and support smooth daily operations
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Support restaurant, bar, banquets, and in-room dining operations
• Manage billing and payment transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain service readiness, cleanliness, and outlet presentation
• Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards
