SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a service-oriented F&B Executive to support daily operations across outlets, ensuring exceptional dining experiences. You will coordinate service, manage mise en place and assist with outlet operations, while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in F&B, strong customer service and POS experience. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays in a luxury setting at Orchard.

Our client, a luxury lifestyle hospitality establishment, is seeking a service-oriented and proactive Food & Beverage Executive to support daily F&B operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The successful candidate will play an active role in coordinating service across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining, ensuring operational efficiency, high service standards and guest satisfaction. This role is suitable for candidates with a strong F&B background who are ready to take greater ownership of service operations and support team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalised and professional service to guests across F&B outlets.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely food and beverage delivery.
• Oversee assigned service sections and assist with daily outlet operations, mise en place and service readiness.
• Process guest bills, cash and electronic payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, food and beverage offerings, preparation methods and recommended pairings.
• Respond professionally to guest enquiries, feedback and complaints, providing appropriate service recovery.
• Support supervisors and managers in guiding team members, maintaining service standards and training junior staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, personal grooming, food hygiene, workplace safety and responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality, operational efficiency and the overall guest experience.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel, upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service, food and beverage offerings, and dining operations.
• Experience using POS systems and handling billing and payment transactions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage service priorities.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Team player with the ability to guide junior colleagues and support service operations.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Location: Orchard

Work Hours: 5 days work week (able to work shift, weekends and public holidays)

Salary: up to $3,700
