Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic hotel restaurant service professional to deliver personalised guest experiences across restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events.

Based in Orchard Area, the role involves hands-on service, coordination with kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining hygiene and upselling beverages and menus while ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience in a hotel, luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food service, beverages, and dining operations.
• Comfortable using POS or electronic ordering systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and personalised service to guests.
• Take ownership of assigned service sections and support smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Support restaurant, bar, banquets, and in‑room dining operations.
• Manage billing and payment transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain service readiness, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
• Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
