SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a service-oriented F&B Executive to support daily operations across outlets, ensuring exceptional dining experiences. You will coordinate service, manage mise en place and assist with outlet operations, while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in F&B, strong customer service and POS experience. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays in a luxury setting at Orchard.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience with POS systems and handling billing/payments.
• Strong guest-service focus with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests across F&B outlets.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service teams for smooth operations and timely orders.
• Oversee service sections and assist with daily outlet operations and mise en place.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, offerings and pairings to enhance guest experience.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries, feedback and complaints and provide recovery.
• Support supervisors in guiding staff and maintaining service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service.
