Job summary

TWG Tea Salon & Boutique in Singapore seeks a customer-focused team member to assist in daily operations across our salons and boutiques. You will welcome guests, process orders, and maintain high standards of service while supporting management on inventory and product demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in F&B or retail operations, strong communication, and the ability to work weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B / Retail Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily Salon & Boutique operations
• Order goods and manage inventory
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
• Process guest orders and ensure prompt service
• Assist in setup and clearance of front/back ofhouse
• Follow NEA food safety regulations
• Maintain clean service ware
• Promote and sell TWG product range
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Attend to customer needs, complaints and inquiries
• Handle cash, POS operations and cash reporting
• Record daily sales and inventory accuracy
• Coach and mentor new staff
