Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Executive to supervise the restaurant team with proactive leadership, ensuring guests receive outstanding dining experiences in the Grand Lobby setting.

You will work closely with Management to uphold service standards, train colleagues, upsell offerings, and maintain cleanliness and safety across stations, while embodying Accor Values and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international class restaurant.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the setup and operation of a station in a restaurant.
• Supervises and participates in running an efficient and profitable operation.
• Assists Outlet Manager in delivering high service and product delivery.
• Provides guest services including taking orders and promoting offerings.
• Maintains service standards, safety, and cleanliness across stations.
