Directions Group Inc in Singapore is seeking a skilled Specialist to develop and execute luxury lifestyle events for a diverse client list in fashion, jewellery, beauty and hospitality. The role covers research, planning and execution from strategy to final delivery, with a focus on maintaining client partnerships and delivering high-impact experiences.

The successful candidate will manage proposals, budgets, vendor relationships and permits, while coordinating teams to ensure flawless event

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Event Management or Marketing Communications; agency experience and Luxury Lifestyle industry preferred.
• Networking with customers, design and production vendors is advantageous.
• Must be a driven self-starter with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare event proposals, pitches and presentations.
• Monitor and manage projects including budgets, scope and changes.
• Manage communications and document issues or changes with the team.
• Source and manage relationships with key vendors within budget and project needs.
• Procurement of permits, licenses, and paperwork for events.
• Create and execute detailed checklists and program schedules.
• Assist in hands-on setup and teardown of events.
• Maintain complete project files and information.
• Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and deliver decisions.
